Honour and respect are two powerful key combinations that can open virtually any door. This is a life changing and destiny molding discovery for me on my journey towards success and fulfillment in life. It is important to know that the kingdom of God works with the principle of “keys and doors”. To open a particular door in your life you must be able to know the right key to use that will grant you access to that door. On this journey of life, you will need people to get to certain places and certain levels. In fact, life has been designed in such a way that you cannot do without people. And one of the keys that can give you access to people is the key of honour and respect. Honour means to value, esteem, celebrate, and reward excellence, usefulness, and greatness whereas dishonour means trivializing importance, usefulness, people, and values. Arise O' Sleeping Youths of Nigeria!

Zik, Awolowo (37), Akintola (36), Ahmadu Bello (36) Balewa (34) & Okotie-Eboh (27), Enahoro (27) led the struggle for independence after the death of Macaulay, Zik was the oldest at 42. In 1966, the 1st coup was led by Kaduna Nzeogwu (29) & the counter coup by Murtala Mohammed (28), T.Y Danjuma (28), Babangida (25), Joe Garba (23), Sani Abacha (23), Shehu Yar 'Adua (23) that brought Gowon (29) to power, & Ojukwu was (33), Obasanjo (29), Buhari (24). Most of the Military Administrators who governed the States under the successive military regimes & some who are Governor's today were under 30s then. The brief democratic dispensation which interjected the military interregnums also saw the House of Reps with a majority of members who were under 30s as well as Senators.
